Hotspot Hunting: Robinson’s Pioneer

March 24th, 2006 | by ka edong |

It was a hotspot waiting to be born. Robinson’s Pioneer now has a WiFi hotspot that is free-as-in-beer, free-as-in-”free for all”.

I tried it out but my laptop wasn’t cooperating. Regardless, the lady at the information booth said the WiFi access areas are mostly at the second floor, above the fountain area.

Go take it for a ride!

ah, observant! the billboard is *owned* by summit media (of cosmopolitan, fhm), the media arm of the gokongwei’s. the billboard appears to be semi-permanently leased to PLDT-Smart (for around a year now, maybe more).
