We drifted from the city center when we were in Singapore. We wanted to catch the Night Safari which was around 45 minutes away by train. But when we got there, the train staff said that we won’t make it to the night safari on time.
Oh well. At least we got to see the outskirts of West Singapore. And on our way back, a techie commuter.
Did she have WiFi on? Although Singapore has hundreds of hotspots, I don’t think she caught any WiFi hotspots while in the train and on the go.
Does she need to get some of her homework done before she gets home? If so, is it still called homework? Ah, maybe she just wanted to play minesweeper.
This is something I wouldn’t do in Manila trains. The MRT floor is not “upo-able” clean enough, my laptop might get stolen and there isn’t enough space to breath during rush hours when I commute home.
Besides, it takes 3 minutes for my laptop, Kurdapia, to boot and her battery life is only 10 minutes (hahaha!). My train ride takes 7 minutes so what’s the point?
Leave techie commuting for that strange creature in Singapore.
