How’s the Weather, Frank?

I looked up the weather forecast for tomorrow. I’m wondering where typhoon Frank will be tomorrow and whether he’ll let me go to work in one dry piece.

Which reminds me, I wonder where the weatherman of Molave dorm, UP Diliman is. He used to track typhoons on a map that he posts at Molave. He puts updates on the map every few hours. I know he setup a weather website. One feature was “track your own typhoon” that lets people watch a typhoon’s movement just like he did back in Molave in the mid 90’s. I think he’s based in bicol state university now.
