Got a Video Postcard from UK

I got an e-mail from my brother who’s in the UK. It was a “moviecard” that had a link a video greeting from my brother and his wifey overlooking the River Thames (?).

I won’t send my brother’s video, he might beat me up. But I found a hilarious moviecard of some Brit teens trying out the public video kiosk.

Do we have anything of this sort in the Philippines? Where? What’s it used for? Maybe I can bang my head on it too …
