what does this look like …?

some resources:

http://www.michaeldpollock.com/Podsnapper.pdf
www.podomatic.com – looks good, looks like it has the functionality I need. Only thing is the bandwidth limitations, I’m afraid I’ll consume 2Gb too soon.
www.esnips.com – like a good repository of audiofiles
http://www.avsmedia.com/AudioTools/converter.aspx - i tried this out, but the free version inserts a half-second voice-over advertisement in your converted audio file.

http://media-convert.com/ - this one converts media files online

http://www.miksoft.net/mobileMediaConverter.htm – this is the one that worked for me perfectly. It’s a compact (small) app, converts amr to mp3. It works perfectly for me for now. Oh, did I mention it’s free?
