Please read the back of device’s box… it says FEE applies if you don’t enroll your account for e-statements… right?

It means that you are being charged because you are not using the device.

guys i got a tx from ryan chua of philcomsat informing me am a starix winner and 300k based on an electronic raffle last sept.12.2008. then i am to call a mr. ruben beltran of takayama corp. of harvard st. cor. weat kalayaan. this time i was asked to deposit 9500 k for car registration daw. thru lbc… its the same scam..

i received a msgs today nov.19,2008 coming from a certain dir. rudy chan w/ cell # 09089893001 that i won 300T + starex van as a home partner last sept.12,2008.i check the web & this one pop up. just wondering why are they doing this..

I received the same scam message yesterday from my globe number, that I won 300k and brand new starex and that my sim number won as a homepartner last sept 18, 2008 and for info to call 09173314526 and look for Mr. James Roa, Dirctor of Phil Communications Center in Cebu. I called him this morning and he talkd to me very politely kaya very convincing talaga. he even told me that thjis is no scam, that TAKAYAMA ELECTRONIC CORPORATION in Cebu tied up with Phil Communications, has this raffle promo, and so He gave another number MR CARLOS VILLEGAS 09297308321 who’s the General Manager of Takayama. I called the number and I was told that the 300k is to be claimed only after the Starex is officially transferred the ownership tp me, which then again would be possible if its registered from the LTO there in Cebu which is not shouldered by the company because the delivery of the starex is already free. And for this, he’s asking for 7,500.00 for the processing of the registration. I told him I have no money at hand, then this r. Villegas told me he really wants to help and asked me instead how much do i have now, he’ll just cover the rest, with tht questioning, i immediately confirmed my doubts that it’s a scam indeed. Then i told him i’ll discuss it to my husband first.
After the coversation, I immediately search the net about it and found the blogs. Thank God I wasn’t victimized by such.
