How to Restore the Show Desktop shortcut on Quick Launch Bar

Every so often, I’d accidentally drag and drop the Show Desktop shortcut away from the Quick Launch Bar and unto my desktop. Dragging it back to the quick launch bar doesn’t return the same functionality. Here’s what I do to restore the shortcut:
