Sydney’s Light Rail konduktors

In Sydney, the Light Rail around the city center also had kunduktors. Except they aren’t called kuduktors. They are called “On-board Customer Service Officers”. O, ha!

I first saw the Taser gun on the 80’s TV show “That’s Incredible”. Basically, it fires two darts that sends an electric shock enough to immobilize a person for a few minutes but without any permanent harmful effects.

Parking Ticket via Credit Card

In Sydney, they don’t have people in small huts at the entrance of a parking lot to give and collect a parking ticket. They have a parking meter that issues parking tickets. The ticket must be placed on the dashboard of the car while parked.
Here, my brother buys a parking ticket using a credit card on a vendo machine.

The NBI has a van that is fully-equipped to process and issue clearances. It comes complete with a digital camera, computers (specifically laptops) that contain the necessary databases and a printer.

Automated G-Cash Machine – the mini one

I’ve seen two types of G-Cash ATMs. The first is a big touch screen one, same size as a regular bank ATM.
The second one is a smaller version as seen in the series of photos in this story. I saw this one at SM Megamall.
