Getting Google Mullah

November 15th, 2005 | by ka edong |

I’m thinking out loud, trying to figure out whether my Google cheque is in fact making its way to me ….

My Google Adsense revenue reached US$100 around a month ago (Oct 13).

I reviewed the Payment Guide and found out that Google waits for the end of the month (Oct 30) to verify which accounts have passed the $100 dollar mark.

I’m afraid I might be missing something. From the image above:

Finalised earnings will be posted to your Payment History page during the first week of Month 2

In my case, month two is November. And I haven’t seen anything spectacular on the Payment history page, just a list of monthly revenue (none of them amounting to US$100).

Further, the Google Ads payment guide says:

4. Enter your PIN

Once you’ve earned $50 in combined AdSense for content and AdSense for search earnings, we’ll mail a Personal Identification Number to the payment address in your account. You’ll need to enter this PIN into your account before we can send any payments to you. Your PIN will be sent by standard post and will take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

I’ve provided tax info and selected form of payment. But I still haven’t received any email notice instructing me where to enter my PIN.

Who wants to help this poor soul (me!) ? Paano ba, what did I miss?

p.s. oh, standard *postal mail* daw yung PIN. Hmmm…. I should be checking how to have this re-sent.

How can I request a new PIN?

If you haven’t received your PIN, or if it has been lost, you’re welcome to request up to two additional PINs. Note that you’ll need to wait 3 weeks after your last PIN was mailed before requesting a new one.

p.p.s. On Google Adsense Help

To request a new PIN:

1. Log in to your AdSense account at https://www.google.com/adsense
2. Click the My Account tab
3. Continue to the Payment History page
4. Click the Please enter your PIN link
5. Click Request a new PIN

My Payment history page does not have a “Please enter your PIN link”.

The search goes on …

I only realized lately that I should have received a PIN via postal mail
      maybe 5 months ago.

      I have not received any.

I wish to request for a new PIN to be sent via postal mail. The
      instructions on
      https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=14838&ctx=en:search&query=PIN&topic=0&type=f
      say:

      To request a new PIN:

      1. Log in to your AdSense account at https://www.google.com/adsense
      2. Click the My Account tab
      3. Continue to the Payment History page
      4. Click the Please enter your PIN link
      5. Click Request a new PIN

But my Payment History page does not have a “Please enter your PIN” link.

      Could you help me?
